摘要
乡村振兴的前提是农业现代化,首要是农民现代化。农民现代化离不开农村职业教育,这既是农民提升自身素质的内在要求,也是现代农业发展的外在需求。适时发展农村职业教育基于两方面,一是推进农业现代化的时机已成熟,二是推进农村现代化的条件已具备。山西省作为一个特色农业大省,依据自身的发展优势,在加强农业基础研发的同时,培养与山西农业相匹配的农村人才是发展关键。培养山西急需的农村人才,亟需振兴山西的农村职业教育,为此需先解决山西农村职业教育存在的问题,在此基础上优化山西省农村人才的发展环境、加大农村职业教育供给、改进农村职业教育内容和学习方式等。
The premise of rural revitalization is agricultural modernization,and the most important thing is the modernization of farmers.Farmer modernization is inseparable from rural vocational education,which is not only the internal requirement for farmers to improve their own quality,but also the external demand for the development of modern agriculture.The timely development of rural vocational education is based on two aspects:one is that the time is ripe to promote agricultural modernization,and the other is that the conditions for promoting rural modernization are in place.Shanxi Province,as a major province of specialty agriculture,has its own development advantages,so training rural talents matched with Shanxi agriculture while strengthening the basic research and development of agriculture is the key to development.In order to cultivate rural talents urgently needed in Shanxi,there is an urgent need to revitalize Shanxi's rural vocational education.Therefore,it is necessary to solve the problems existing in Shanxi's rural vocational education.Thus,we should optimize the development environment of rural talents in Shanxi Province,increase the supply of rural vocational education,and improve the contents and learning methods of rural vocational education.
