摘要
按照第一权利人统计,2023年我国1578所高职院校获得发明专利共计6771项,平均每校获得4.3项专利,获得1项及以上专利的院校为608所。数据分析表明:“双高”院校、本科院校、公办院校比非“双高”院校、专科院校、民办院校有更强的技术研发能力;经济发达省份的高职院校具有较强的技术研发能力;高职院校在加工制造、农业与食品、建筑、物流运输技术上具有较强的研发能力,而在半导体、通信、计算机、医学诊断、电池、药品等技术上的研发能力相对较弱。从战略性新兴技术上来看,高职院校在新一代信息技术、高端装备制造、新材料、生物技术上有一定的研发能力;但在新能源汽车、新能源、节能环保、数字创意、相关服务技术上的研发能力不强。
According to the statistics of the first right holder,a total of 6771 invention patents were obtained by 1578 vocational colleges in China in 2023,with an average of 4.3 patents per school.There are 608 colleges which obtained one or more patents.Data analysis shows that doublehigh institutions(high both in educational strength and teaching quality),undergraduate institutions,and public institutions have stronger technological research and development capabilities than nondoublehigh institutions,vocational colleges,and private institutions.Vocational colleges in economically developed provinces have strong technological research and development capabilities.Vocational colleges have strong research and development capabilities in processing and manufacturing,agriculture and food,construction,logistics and transportation technology,while their research and development capabilities in semiconductor,communication,computer,medical diagnosis,batteries,pharmaceuticals and other technologies are relatively weak.From the perspective of strategic emerging technologies,vocational colleges have certain research and development capabilities in new generation information technology,highend equipment manufacturing,new materials,and biotechnology.However,its research and development capabilities are not strong in new energy vehicles,new energy,energy conservation and environmental protection,digital creativity,and related service technologies.
