摘要
基层党组织是党在社区治理中的“神经末梢”,基层党建则是社区治理的重中之重。文章使用文献计量学及扎根理论方法开展研究,梳理我国党建引领社区治理研究的历史脉络、研究进路及趋势展望,发现基层党组织的角色功能通过各类引领机制发挥作用,从而影响社区治理主体和治理对象。其中党组织角色功能、引领机制及党建模式创新是当前的研究热点,未来可着眼于整体性视角、评估反馈机制对党建引领社区治理开展实证研究。
Practice has proved that effective community governance cannot be separated from the strong leadership of the Communist Party of China.The report of the Party's 20th National Congress stressed:“Promote Party building to lead grassroots governance.”Grassroots party organization is the nerve end of the party in community governance,and grassroots party building is the top priority of community governance.The paper uses bibliometrics and grounded theory methods to conduct research,sorting out the historical context,research progress and trend prospect of the research on community governance led by party building in China,and finds that the role and function of grassroots party organizations play a role through various leading mechanisms,thus affecting the subject and object of community governance.Among them,the role and function of the party organization,the leading mechanism and the innovation of the party building model are the current research hotspots.In the future,empirical research on the party building leading community governance can be carried out from the holistic perspective and the evaluation feedback mechanism.
