摘要
针对目前联箱管接头弯管采用人工画线等人工方式,工人劳动强度大,效率低的现状,我们研发了管接头数控弯管生产线,实现了从上料、取料、弯管、下料全部自动化完成,极大提高了生产效率及产品质量。
In view of current manual line drawing and other manual methods of header pipe joint bending,high labor intensity and low efficiency of workers,we have developed a CNC pipe bending production line for pipe joints,which realizes the automatic completion of feeding,extraction,bending and unloading,which greatly improves production efficiency and product quality.
