薄煤层沿空留巷支护方案优化与应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对金辛达煤矿“110”工法沿空留巷巷道围岩变形严重问题,以203工作面胶带顺槽为背景,采用钻孔窥视、取芯测试等方法,分析了薄煤层沿空留巷围岩变形机理,确定了薄煤层沿空留巷支护主要控制点为顶板浅部变形与底鼓变形;因此,设计了针对性巷道支护方案。实行新的支护方案后,掘进期间巷道围岩变形检测结果表明,顶底板移近量最大为95mm,两帮移近量最大为135mm,围岩变形均在可控范围内。 Aiming at the serious deformation problem of the surrounding rock in"110"construction method of gob-side entry roadway of Jinxinda Colliery,taking the 203 working face belt entry as the background,the article analyzes the deformation mechanism of the surrounding rock in gob-side entry retaining of the thin coal seam using methods such as drilling observation and core testing,determines the main control points for the support of the gob-side entry retaining of the thin coal seam are roof shallow deformation and floor deformation,and designs a targeted roadway support plan,whose application results show that the maximum convergence of the roof and floor is 95 mm,the maximum convergence of the two sides is 135 mm,and the deformation of the surrounding rock is within a controllable range.
