摘要
教师魅力是由教师的综合素质构成的,是促使学生产生积极态度的一种吸引力、感召力和凝聚力。教师魅力是一种不能直接显现的存在,是在人们未加以注意时发挥潜移默化的作用的教育资源。这种无形的教育资源能使学习者在信仰、行为以及目标实现方面无条件接受教师的影响,可以使学生在不知不觉中对教师产生信任与尊敬。近年研究表明,教师魅力有助于创设愉悦的学习环境,实现无形的柔性管理,为学生起到榜样示范,改善学习成绩,促进学生心理向积极健康方向发展。教师魅力的成因取决于外源性因素与内在功夫两个方面。外源性因素是指教师的社会地位、教师的工作条件和整个社会尊师重教的风气;内在功夫是指教师的理论素养、专业素质,教师的人格因素与教师不断探索与创新的精神。教师可以从自我形象塑造、丰富学识、锤炼语言、提高教学技能和修炼自身的品性等五个方面获得和提升自己的魅力。
Teacher charisma is composed of the comprehensive quality of teachers.It is a kind of attraction,charisma and cohesion that promotes students to have a positive attitude.Teacher charisma is a presence that cannot be directly observed,subtly influencing students even when unnoticed,acting as an educational capital that operates at a subconscious level.This intangible form of educational capital enables learners to unconditionally accept the teacher’s influence in terms of beliefs,behaviors,and goal achievement,leading to trust and respect for the teacher without being aware of it.Recent research indicates that teacher charisma contributes to creating a pleasant learning environment,implementing subtle and flexible management,setting an example for students,improving academic performance,and promoting the psychological development of students in a positive and healthy direction.The formation of teacher charisma depends on both exogenous factors and intrinsic efforts.Exogenous factors include the social status of teachers,working conditions,and the societal culture of valuing and respecting education.Intrinsic efforts involve the theoretical literacy,professional quality,personal traits and the spirit of continuous exploration and innovation of teachers.Teachers can acquire and enhance their charisma through shaping self-image,enriching knowledge,honing language skills,improving teaching techniques,and cultivating their own character.
