摘要
临床实习是医学生将理论知识实际应用于临床工作的重要过渡阶段,也是塑造临床思维能力的关键时期。传统临床实习教学活动存在着许多缺点,文章探讨了在医学院校附属医院血液科临床实习中,将微课、微信和头脑风暴法3种新型教育手段及模式相结合,进行临床实习教学改革的具体实施方案,并对新型教学模式与传统教学模式相比较并进行了统计学的评价。旨在为将来的临床医学实习教学改革提供一定的参考价值。
Clinical internship is a crucial transitional stage for medical students to apply theoretical knowledge to clinical practice and develop clinical thinking abilities.Traditional clinical internship teaching activities have many drawbacks.This paper discusses a specific implementation plan for clinical internship teaching reform in the hematology department of affiliated hospitals of medical colleges,combining three new educational methods and models:micro-lectures,WeChat,and brainstorming.It compares the new teaching model with the traditional one and evaluates them statistically,aiming to provide reference value for future clinical medical internship teaching reforms.
