摘要
由于隧道施工地质条件复杂、施工环境差、施工安全风险高,隧道有限空间安全管理更为重要和突出。马来西亚有限空间施工安全管理体系较为完善,较国内相关规定更细致、更严格。论文从危险源分析、施工人员资质要求、施工作业流程、交通疏导方案、应急救援等方面,对马来西亚东海岸铁路项目龙运隧道有限空间施工的安全管理要求进行探究。
Becase the tunnel construction geological conditions are complex,the construction environment is poor,and the construction safety risk is high,so the construction safety management of the tunnel limited space is more important and prominent.Limited space safety management system in Malaysia is relatively perfect,more detailed and stricter than the relevant domestic regulations,This paper probes into the safety management requirements for the limited space construction of Longyun Tunnel of Malaysia East Coast Railway project from the aspects of hazard analysis,qualification requirements of construction personnel,construction process,traffic diversion scheme,emergency rescue and so on.
