摘要
腰椎间盘突出症(Lumbar disc herniation,LDH)是骨科常见病之一,其致病因素多种多样,如长期重体力劳动、不良坐姿、经常久坐等等。随着社会的发展,LDH的患者年龄逐渐降低,LDH的患病人群逐渐年轻化。由于LDH的治疗方法多种多样,现代医学并没有一套固定的疗法,因此,文章就中医、西医以及中西医结合治疗LDH的治疗方式进行综述,对LDH临床的治疗方式选择进行综合分析。
Lumbar disc herniation(LDH) is one of the common orthopedic diseases,and its pathogenic factors are various,such as long-term heavy physical labor,poor sitting posture,frequent sedentary and so on.With the development of society,the age of patients with LDH is gradually decreasing,and the patients with LDH are gradually younger.Due to the variety of treatment methods for LDH,there is no fixed therapy in modern medicine.Therefore,this paper reviewed the treatment methods of TCM,Western medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for LDH,and discussed the choice of treatment methods for LDH.
