摘要
2024年是总体国家安全观提出十周年,作为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,作为新时代中国国家安全工作的根本遵循,总体国家安全观具有重大的理论与实践意义,具有时代性、民族性、人民性、斗争性、系统性、战略性、创新性、实践性等鲜明特征。党中央坚持和发展总体国家安全观,全面加强党对国家安全的绝对领导,全方位重塑国家安全体制机制,新时代国家安全工作成就辉煌。大变局下国家安全形势更趋复杂严峻,面临诸多挑战、呈现新的特点。面向民族复兴、强国建设新征程,应全面贯彻党的二十大精神,深入践行总体国家安全观,加快推进国家安全体系和能力现代化,全力护航中国式现代化行稳致远。
2024 marks the tenth anniversary of the introduction of a holistic approach to national security.As an important component of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,a holistic approach to national security is of great theoretical and practical importance,providing us with fundamental guidance for preserving China’s security in the new era.This holistic approach has several distinct features:reflective of the trends of our times,rooted in Chinese national identity,people-centered,struggle-oriented,systematic,strategic,innovative,and practice-based.By upholding and developing a holistic approach to national security,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has strengthened the Party’s absolute leadership over national security,reshaped the systems and mechanisms for national security across the board,and made brilliant achievements in safeguarding China’s security in the new era.Given the context of momentous changes unseen in a century shaping today’s world,the national security situation facing China is increasingly complex and grim,filled with many challenges and demonstrating new features.On the new journey toward rejuvenating the nation and building China into a great modern socialist country,we should fully implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress,put into practice a holistic approach to national security,and accelerate the modernization of China’s national security system and capacity.Thus,we can ensure steady and sustained progress in Chinese modernization.
