摘要
随着免疫治疗的广泛应用,肺癌患者的总体生存率不断提高,伴随而来的免疫相关不良反应越来越受到重视,其中以心脏毒性最为严重,早期识别和预防肺癌患者免疫治疗相关心脏毒性对提高患者的生活质量具有重要意义。本文从肺癌患者免疫治疗相关心脏毒性的早期识别(危险因素、评估工具与预测模型)及预防措施等方面进行总结,以期为肺癌患者免疫治疗相关心脏毒性的早期识别、预防和管理提供参考。
With the widespread application of immunotherapy,the overall survival rate of lung cancer patients continues to improve,and the accompanying immune-related adverse events are increasingly valued,with cardiac toxicity being the most severe.Early identification and prevention of immunotherapy-related cardiac toxicity in lung cancer patients significantly improves their quality of life.This paper summarizes the early identification(risk factors,evaluation tools,and prediction models)and preventive measures of immunotherapy-related cardiac toxicity in lung cancer patients so as to provide a reference for the early identification,prevention,and management of immunotherapy-related cardiac toxicity in lung cancer patients.
