摘要
在世界新一轮科技革命和产业变革中,数字能力是实现智能制造的必备条件。提升高技能人才的数字能力,对建设制造强国、数字中国,促进制造业数字化转型和智能化升级具有重要作用。当前高技能人才数字能力培养存在与产业数字化需求脱节、相关课程不成体系、缺乏评价指标体系和标准等问题,构建一体化的高技能人才数字能力培育体系迫在眉睫。探索高技能人才数字能力培育体系的实现路径,重点在于5个方面:首先应确立数字能力课程观与目标体系;其次是构建专数融合的课程体系;再次是教学方式与方法要与时俱进;同时还要建立数字能力评价体系;最后是构建配套的一体化教学资源与环境。
In the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation in the world,digital competence is essential ability for realizing intelligent manufacturing.Improving the digital competence of highly skilled talents play an important role in building a manufacturing power and digital China,while promoting the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of manufacturing industry.There are some problems in the cultivation of digital ability of high-skilled talents,such as the disconnection with the demand of industrial digitalization,the lack of systematic curriculum,the lack of evaluation index system and standard,etc.It is urgent to build an integrated cultivation system of digital ability for high-skilled talents.The implementation path of the cultivation system of digital for high-skilled talents was focused on the following five aspects.Firstly,the curriculum viewpoint and target system of digital ability was established.Secondly,a curriculum system of digital and traditional integration was constructed.Thirdly,the teaching methods advance with the times was discussed,at the same time,an evaluation system of digital ability was established.Finally,the integrated teaching resources and environment were constructed.
