摘要
通过对复合型交通运输人才的需求研究,对浙江海洋大学现有专硕培养方案进行优化,从专业领域、课程设置、导师聘用等方面提出基于产学研融合与多学科交叉的交通运输专硕培养新模式。实施后该专业研究生培养质量显著提高,可为相关专业的全日制专业学位研究生培养模式改革提供参考。
Through research on the demand for compound transportation talents,a new mode of transportation specialized master’s degree education based on the integration of industry,academia,and research and interdisciplinary crossover has been proposed,which is optimized based on the existing specialized master’s degree education program at Zhejiang Ocean University in terms of professional fields,curriculum design,and mentor hiring.After implementing the reform,the quality of graduate education in this field significantly improved,providing an important reference for the reform of full-time professional degree graduate education programs in related fields.
