摘要
围绕碳中和、碳达峰重大战略目标,聚焦科技支撑湖北产业转型升级发展战略,厘清碳达峰、碳中和的内涵与特征,归纳总结了全球各国推进碳达峰与碳中和的主要经验与做法,并梳理了国内碳达峰、碳中和创新发展现状与趋势。通过分析湖北省双碳发展现状与创新优势,探索“双碳”背景下湖北省产业链与创新链深度融合的转型升级路径,形成绿色低碳技术产业创新生态体系,从而为湖北打造双碳产业科技创新高地提供参考。
Focusing on the major strategic goals of carbon neutrality and carbon peaking,focusing on science and technology to support Hubei’s industrial transformation and upgrading development strategy,clarifying the connotation and characteristics of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,summarizing the main experiences and practices of countries around the world in promoting carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,and sorting out the status and trend of domestic carbon peaking and carbon neutrality innovation and development.By analyzing the development status and innovation advantages of Hubei Province’s dual carbon,we will explore the transformation and upgrading path of deep integration of Hubei Province’s industrial chain and innovation chain under the background of dual carbon,and accelerate the construction of green and low-carbon technology industry innovation ecological mechanism system,so as to provide reference for Hubei to build a highland of scientific and technological innovation in the dual carbon industry.
