摘要
针对王家岭煤矿18104工作面结采时因回撤通道断面大,围岩受采动影响严重,导致回撤通道支护难度大、支护失效率高等问题,通过技术研究,决定在回撤通道施工前施工迈步式锚索吊棚进行加固,回采通道施工后顶板采用锚杆、W型钢带、单锚索联合支护,对回撤通道煤壁侧巷帮采用单锚杆支护,回撤通道施工后采取单体液压支护进行加强支护。通过实际应用效果来看,采取联合支护后,有效提高了回撤通道围岩稳定性,保证了工作面后期机电设备安全快速回撤,取得了显著应用成效。
In order to prevent the technical problems of large section of withdrawal channel and serious influence of peripheral rock by mining movement during the closing of 18104 working face in Wangjialing Coal Mine,which leads to the dificulty of supporting the withdrawal channel and the high failure rate of support,it is decided through technical research that the construction of stride-type anchor cable shed is carried out for reinforcement before the construction of the withdrawal channel,and the roof plate is supported by the combination of anchor rods,W-type steel belt and single anchor cable afer the construction of the withdrawal channel,which is also used to support the side gangs of the coal wall.Coal wall side of the channel gangs using single anchor support,retreat channel construction to take a single hydraulic support to strengthen the support,through the actual application of the effect,take joint support,effectively improve the retreat channel perimeter rock stability,to ensure that the work face of the late mechanical and electrical equipment safety and rapid retreat,achieved significant application results.
