摘要
数智化已经成为当今时代“促逼”教师教育高质量发展的重要技术。本文基于马克思主义唯物辩证法思维把握教师教育数智化转型的行动路向之“变”与价值坚守之“不变”。与传统教师教育相比,数智化时代教师教育“变”在技术赋能教师教育对象培养个性化、教师教育者素养数字化以及教育教学媒介多元化,“不变”在教师教育对象主体地位、教师教育者主导角色以及教师教育机构的根本任务。面对教师教育对象无效认知负荷增加和主体地位消解、教师教育者“新数字鸿沟”产生与“主奴悖论”蔓延、教育教学过程中数据安全缺失与人文关怀缺位等风险,亟待教师教育对象主动求变,提升个性化培养成效;教师教育者积极应变,提升数字素养;教师教育机构准备识变,全力助推数智化转型。
Digital intelligence has become an important technology to promote the high-quality development of teacher education in the current era.Based on the“changing”and“unchanged”thinking from the perspective of Marxist materialist dialectics,the action direction and value persistence of the digital intelligence transformation of teacher education are extracted.Compared with traditional teacher education,in the era of digital intelligence,teacher education changes in the cultivation of personalized technology-enabled teacher education objects,the digitization of teacher educators'literacy,and the diversification of education and teaching media.There're some unchanged,such as the main position of teacher education objects,the leading role of teacher educators,and the fundamental tasks of teacher education institutions.Based on this,in the face of the increase of invalid cognitive load and the dissolution of subject status of teachers'education objects,the generation of“new digital divide”of teacher educators and the spread of“master-slave paradox”,and the lack of data security and humanistic care in the process of education and teaching,it is urgent for teachers'education objects to take the initiative to change and improve the effectiveness of personalized training;teacher educators actively respond to improve digital literacy and skills;teacher education institutions are ready to change and fully promote the transformation of digital intelligence.
