利用南京大学时域天文台(TiDO)开展系外行星探测研究 被引量:1

摘要 系外行星探测近年来发展迅速,已成为天文学的热点领域。系外行星探测对行星形成和演化等理论研究具有重要的意义。利用地面大视场望远镜的长时间基线优势,可以开展系外行星的发现或认证工作。南京大学时域天文台(Time Domain Observatory,TiDO)是一批大视场、高精度的系外行星观测设备,包括6个望远镜及终端,放置在冷湖赛什腾山,将于2023年底完成建设并开展科学试运行。届时Ti DO拟开展系外行星大天区巡天搜寻、特定行星系统的凌星后随观测以精细刻画系外行星系统的物理和动力学特征,以及太阳系小天体观测工作。此外,TiDO的观测数据也可以用于双星、变星、恒星耀发等时域天文研究。 The field of exoplanet observation has developed rapidly in recent years and has become a hot research topic of astronomy.The observation of exoplanets is very important for theoretical studies of planet formation and evolution.Exoplanet observations requires high-performance ground-based telescopes for performing long-term observation.The Time Domain Observatory(TiDO)of Nanjing University consists of six wide-field and high-precision telescopes.TiDO is placed in Saishiteng Mountain,Lenghu,and is under construction since 2021.In the future,TiDO will carry out:(1)wide-field survey for searching exoplanets;(2)follow-up observations of specific planetary systems to characterize the physical parameters of planets;(3)observations of small celestial bodies in the solar system and study their dynamics;(4)research on the formation and evolution of planetary systems based on TiDO observational data.TiDO’s observation data can also be used for time-domain astronomical observation and research of time-domain astronomy such as binaries,variable stars,stellar flares.
