摘要
[目的/意义]文化的传承和弘扬离不开阅读,把握公共阅读服务供给和居民文化需求的逻辑关联,以探寻公共阅读服务供给发展新思路。[方法/过程]构建公共阅读服务供给水平指标体系,基于2013—2020年我国31个省级面板数据,利用熵值法和综合评价法测算指标权重和各地区公共阅读服务供给水平,并通过固定效应模型,分析公共阅读服务供给水平对居民文化需求的促进效应。[结果/结论]研究发现:第一,公共阅读服务供给评价体系各项指标占比接近,需加强以人才建设为中心的服务供给全要素建设;第二,公共阅读服务供给水平在逐年上升的同时存在一定地域差距,需引导跨地区交流协作以形成发展合力;第三,公共阅读服务供给水平对居民文化需求存在显著的正向促进作用,需提升数字供给为抓手的持续供给能力;第四,地区经济水平和文化产业发展等要素也对居民文化需求具有重要影响,需全面推进地区经济文化环境建设,提升人民生活水平以促进文化需求增长。
[Purpose/Significance]The inheritance and promotion of culture cannot be separated from reading.In order to explore new ideas for the development of public reading service supply,this paper deeply analyzes the logical relationship between public reading service supply and residents'cultural needs.[Method/Process]This paper constructed an index system of public reading service supply level.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2013 to 2020,the entropy and comprehensive evaluation method were used to calculate the index weight and the supply level of public reading service in each region.The fixed effect model was used to analyze the promotion effect of public reading service supply level on residents'cultural demand.[Result/Conclusion]Firstly,the proportion of each index in the evaluation system of public reading service supply is approximate,it needs to strengthen the construction of the total factor of service supply centered on talent construction.Secondly,the supply level of public reading service is increasing year by year,but there is a certain regional gap.It needs to guide cross-regional communication and cooperation to form a joint force for development.Thirdly,the supply level of public reading services has a significant positive effect on residents'cultural needs,and it needs to improve the continuous supply capacity of digital supply.Fourthly,factors such as regional economic level and cultural industry development also have an important impact on residents'cultural needs.In order to promote the growth of cultural needs,it needs to comprehensively improve the living standards of people by promoting the construction of regional economic and cultural environment.
