摘要
壳聚糖用于伤口愈合敷料具有重要的临床应用价值。根据伤口愈合的需求,壳聚糖被设计成多种类型的敷料。综述了以壳聚糖为基质的水凝胶类,薄膜类,纳米纤维类,复合海绵类,支架类伤口愈合敷料,并总结了它们用于伤口愈合的最新进展。这几种敷料都具有优良的促伤口愈合活性,但是每种敷料都有不足。为满足整个伤口愈合过程的需求,壳聚糖类伤口愈合敷料需要继续优化。
Chitosan used as wound dressings was important in clinical application.According to the process of wound healing,chitosan was designed into different dressing.We summarize the recent advances of chitosan-based hydrogel,thin film,nanofiber,composite sponge and scaffold wound healings in this review.All five types of wound healings reveal well bioactivity,but they also show some flaws.In order to promote wound healing better,chitosan-based wound dressings need to be further optimized.
