摘要
基于2015—2021年黄河流域9省(区)制造业国有企业上市公司公开报表数据,从投入—产出视角建立了评价指标体系,运用DEA-Malmquist-Tobit模型测算了国有企业绿色技术创新效率,并分析了影响因素。结果表明:绿色技术创新效率总体处于低水平状态,时序变化呈“W”型波动趋势;区域分析发现绿色技术创新效率存在由下游向上游递减的格局;行业对比发现轻纺工业类的绿色技术创新效率最高;环境规制负向作用于绿色技术创新效率;区域经济发展水平、产业结构等正向作用于绿色技术创新效率;企业规模以“N”型方式影响绿色技术创新效率;高管薪酬激励以“U”型方式影响绿色技术创新效率;政府补助、企业社会责任、资产负债率和资产收益率等对绿色技术创新效率无显著影响。
Based on the publicly available financial data of state-owned listed companies in the manufacturing industry across provinces(regions)in the Yellow River Basin from 2015 to 2019,this study establishes an evaluation index system from an input-output perspective.The DEA-Malmquist-Tobit model is employed to calculate the green technology innovation efficiency and analyze the influencing factors.The results indicate that the overall green technology innovation efficiency remains at a low level with a temporal trend of"decline-rise."Regional analysis reveals a decreasing pattern from downstream to upstream areas,and the textile industry exhibits the highest green technology innovation efficiency among the compared industries.Environ-mental regulations negatively affect green technology innovation efficiency,while the level of regional econom-ic development and industrial structure positively influence it.Enterprise size impacts green technology inno-vation efficiency in an"N"-shaped manner,and executive compensation incentives affect it in a"U"-shaped manner.However,government subsidies,corporate social responsibility,debt ratio,and asset return rate have no significant impact on green technology innovation efficiency.
