摘要
新发展理念是习近平将马克思主义基本原理同中国新时代具体实际相结合、同中华优秀传统文化相结合的守正创新。马克思主义关于发展的世界观和方法论是新发展理念的理论来源,中国特色社会主义新时代的具体实际是新发展理念的实践基础,中华优秀传统文化是新发展理念的文化资源,“两个结合”是新发展理念的生成机制。新发展理念是中国共产党关于发展的世界观和方法论的集大成,是人类文明新形态的重要理论支撑。新发展理念不仅解决了中国发展新的世界观和方法论,而且引领了人类文明发展的新未来,因而具有重要的世界意义。
The New Development concept proposed by Xi Jiping,which integrates the basic tenets of Marxism with Chinese realities in the New Era and the best of the Chinese cultural traditions,is a creative innovation of Marxism.Theoretically,it is rooted in the Marxist outlook and methodology about development of the world.Practically,it is based on China's realities in the New Era.Culturally,it draws inspiration from the fine Chinese cultural traditions.The integration of Marxist principles with Chinese realities and Chinese cultural traditions is what generates the New Development concept.The concept is therefore a summing up of the CPC's view of,and methodological approach to,development.As such it provides a strong theoretical support to the development of a new form of human civilization.The concept not only provides a vision and a set of methodological tools for China's development,but also provides a guidance for the development of human civilization in the future.Hence its global significance.
