摘要
中国农村产业融合正处于提质增效的关键阶段,包括农户在内的各主体之间的协同联动是推动产业融合的重要一环,研究多元主体联动机制下农户的参与意愿有助于促进农村产业融合。本文创新性提出农村产业融合中的多元主体联动模型,基于烟台市242份农户调查数据,研究联动机制下农户的参与意愿。结果表明:在四大主体联动形成的组织机制、保障机制、动力机制下,利益分配方式符合预期、家庭收入更加稳定、政府规范引导力度到位等因素对农户参与产业融合意愿有显著正向影响。建议进一步重视农村人才培养、要素流动管理和多元主体利益联结等。
China's rural industrial integration is at a key stage of improving the quality and efficiency.The synergy between various subjects,including farmers,is an important link to promote industrial integration.The study on farmers'participation willingness under the multi-subject linkage mechanism is helpful to promote rural industrial integration.This paper innovatively proposes a multi-subject linkage model in rural industry in-tegration.Based on 242 survey data of farmers in Yantai city,this paper studies farmers'willingness to partici-pate in the linkage mechanism.The results show that:under the organization mechanism,security mechanism and motivation mechanism formed by the four main bodies,factors such as interest distribution pattern in line with expectations,more stable household income,and government regulation and guidance in place have a sig-nificant positive impact on farmers'willingness to participate in industrial integration.It is suggested to pay more attention to the cultivation of rural talents,the management of factor flow and the connection of interests of multiple subjects.
