摘要
目的:探讨从标准化视域打通城市医疗集团服务过程中的关键堵点,构建连续性医疗服务体系。方法:成立医疗集团,从建立标准体系、组建医疗网格、强化基层能力、筑造信息平台、推动决策落实多个维度破解难题。通过对构建前后的辅助检查共享数据、双向转诊数据进行分析,评价连续性医疗服务体系构建效果。结果:与连续性医疗服务体系构建前比较,集团基层机构服务能力快速提升,内部资源共享能力逐年增强,以双向转诊为代表连续性医疗服务体系评价指标逐年增长。结论:在城市医疗集团背景下,标准化是打通连续性医疗服务体系关键堵点的有效途径,对构建连续性医疗服务体系具有促进作用。
Objective:To explore the standardized perspective to open up the key blockages in the service process of city medical groups and to construct a continuous medical service system.Methods:A medical group was established to solve the problem from the aspect of establishing standard system,establishing medical network,strenthening grass-roots ability,building information platform and promoting the implementation of decision.Through analyzing the shared data of auxiliary examination and dual referral data before and after the construction,the effect of the construction of a continuity medical service system was evaluated.Results:Compared with before the establishment of the continuity medical service system,the service ability of grassroots institutions of the group was improved rapidly,the internal resource sharing ability was enhanced year by year,and the evaluation index of the continuity medical service system represented by dual referral increased year by year.Conclusion:In the context of city medical groups,standardization is an effective way to break through the key blockages points of a continuous medical service system,and plays a promoting role in the construction of a continuous medical service system.
