摘要
为了尽快设计一款制动性能优良的电链锯,以一款锂电链锯制动系统为研究对象,根据静力学理论和材料力学知识,搭建了链锯制动系统的力矩数学模型、力数学模型,利用MATLAB仿真分析了各个结构参数对刹车推力的影响规律。结果表明,随着杆1长度、杆2长度、杆3长度增大,刹车推力减小。随着杆1摆动角度增加,刹车推力增大。刹车拉簧拉力越大,刹车推力也越大。30 mm 33 mm,刹车推力随着机架长度增大而增大,d>43 mm,刹车推力增长趋势变缓。d=33 mm,刹车推力最小,达到10 N。
In order to design a chain saw with excellent braking performance as soon as possible,the braking system of a lithium electric chain saw is taken as the research object,the torque mathematical model and force mathematical model of the chain saw braking system is built according to the statics theory and material mechanics knowledge,and MATLAB is used to simulate and analyze the influence of various structural parameters on the brake thrust.The results show that the brake thrust decreases with the increase of the length of rod 1,rod 2 and rod 3.As the swing angle of rod 1 increases,the brake thrust increases.The greater the tension of the brake tension spring,the greater the brake thrust.When in the range of 30mm<d<33mm,the brake thrust decreases with the increase of the frame length.When in the range of d>33mm,the brake thrust increases with the increase of the rack length,and when in the range of d>43mm,the brake thrust increases slowly.When d=33mm,the brake thrust is the minimum,reaching 10N.
