摘要
强降雨过后产生的城市内涝灾害会对人类生产生活造成严重影响,研究城市水域的蓄水容量对恶劣天气时的应急措施部署具有重要意义。传统测量仪器采集水下地形数据时存在很大的局限性,本文提出使用无人船进行水下地形数据采集进而计算水域部分蓄水量的研究方案。结果表明通过本文的研究方案能够较好计算城市水域蓄水容量。
Urban waterlogging disaster after heavy rainfall will have a serious impact on human production and life.It is important to study the water storage capacity of urban waters for emergency measures deployment in severe weather.Due to the limitations of traditional measuring instruments in collecting underwater terrain data,this paper proposes a research scheme that uses unmanned vessels to collect underwater terrain data to calculate part of the water storage.The results show that the water storage capacity of urban waters can be well calculated by the research scheme in this paper.
