摘要
对当前老城区背街小巷的主要火灾风险、日常管理突出短板、居民消防安全意识情况进行了简要分析。针对存在的问题,提出了完善火灾防控责任体系,将消防安全纳入历史文化街区和老旧小区改造,采取行之有效的火灾防范措施3个方面的工作对策。
This paper makes a brief analysis of the main fire risks,prominent weaknesses in daily management and residents'fire safety awareness in the back streets and alleys of the old city.In view of the existing problems,it puts forward three working countermeasures:improving the fire prevention and control responsibility system,integrating fire safety into the reconstruction of historical and cultural blocks and old residential areas,and taking effective fire prevention measures.It is hoped that this can provide reference for the current fire safety management of back streets and alleys in old urban areas.
