摘要
[目的/意义]研究生对导师分享在线信息的采纳行为是在线导学的关键环节,厘清研究生对导师分享在线信息的采纳策略选择的影响因素及路径,可为提升研究生与导师在线导学质量提供参考。[方法/过程]采用扎根理论方法,对来自26名被访者的访谈资料以及108条社交媒体数据进行编码,探索研究生对导师分享在线信息采纳的不同策略、影响因素和路径。[结果/结论]研究生对导师分享在线信息的采纳策略可以基于采纳程度和速度分为初步采纳、深度采纳、信息规避、即时采纳和延迟采纳5种,不同采纳策略的影响因素存在交叉和平行,且发现了基于指令信号、时间匹配度和自我效能感3种信息采纳策略选择路径。
[Purpose/Significance]The adoption of online information shared by tutors by graduate students is a key part of online guidance.Clarifying the strategies and paths of postgraduates adoption of online information shared by their supervisors can provide references for improving the quality of education.[Method/Process]Using grounded theory approach,three levels of coding were coded in interview data from 28 respondents and 108 pieces of social media data.In this way,the influencing factors and paths of information adoption based on adoption strategies were explored.[Result/Conclusion]According to the degree and speed of adoption,we divide the adoption strategies of postgraduates for tutors sharing online information into five types:initial adoption,in-depth adoption,information avoidance,immediate adoption and delayed adoption.There are similarities and differences in the influencing factors of different adoption strategies.We also found three possible adoption impact paths.
