乡村振兴视域下涉农高校“青马工程”的实施路径——以中国农业大学英才学校为例被引量：2

The Implementation Path of“Young Marxists Training Project”in Agricultural-related Universities under the Perspective of Rural Revitalization——Based on the Yingcai School of China Agricultural University

摘要 “青马工程”是培养青年成长成才的重要途径,乡村振兴视域下,涉农高校“青马工程”存在思想引领作用不强、培养体系有待完善、管理模式尚不健全、育人成效有待提升等问题。基于此,中国农业大学英才学校结合学校特色,围绕“稼穑英才四部曲”,深入推动体制创新,构建了“原著导读—理论学习—青年研究—实践锻炼”立体化培养体系。通过健全管理机构、职责分工明确,推行班委自治、激发内生动力,建立考核方法、规范组织建设,实施动态管理、深入改革创新,不断完善涉农高校“青马工程”管理模式。在实践中把握当下、增强实效,立足理想、助力成长,放眼未来、厚积薄发,优化英才学校的育人成效,为涉农高校“青马工程”实施路径提供了范例。 “Young Marxists Training Project”is an important way to train young people to grow into talents.Under the perspective of rural revitalization,the“Young Marxists Training Project”in agriculture-related colleges and universities has problems such as a weak leading role of ideas,a weak training system,a weak management mode,and a weak educational effectiveness.Based on this,the Yingcai School of China Agricultural University combines the characteristics of the school and promotes institutional innovation around the“Four Steps to Cultivate Agricultural Talent”,and builds a three-dimensional training system of“Introduction to Original Works-Theoretical Study-Youth Research-Practical Exercise”.The management mode of“Young Marxists Training Project”in agriculture-related colleges and universities is constantly improved by enhancing the management organization and clear division of responsibilities,implementing class committee autonomy and stimulating endogenous motivation,establishing assessment methods and standardizing organization construction,implementing dynamic management and in-depth reform and innovation.Also,the effectiveness of Yingcai School has been optimized in practice by the following ways:grasping the present and enhancing the effectiveness;building on ideals and helping students’growth;going forward and accumulating in long-term.This study provides an example for the implementation path of the“Young Marxists Training Project”in agricultural-related universities.
