八苯基倍半硅氧烷的制备及其在聚碳酸酯材料中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 以苯基三甲氧基硅烷为原料,L-精氨酸为催化剂,通过水解-缩合-重排反应制备了八苯基倍半硅氧烷,收率为90.2%。采用熔融共混法制备了阻燃聚碳酸酯(PC)材料,使用极限氧指数仪和垂直燃烧仪研究了阻燃PC的阻燃性能。结果表明,八苯基倍半硅氧烷具有良好的阻燃性能,添加量为5%时,极限氧指数值(LOI)为33.6,UL-94等级为V0级。 Octophenylsilsesquioxane was prepared from phenyl trimethoxy silane by hydrolysis condensation rearrangement reaction with L-arginine as catalyst,and the yield was 90.2%.Flame retardant polycarbonate(PC)was prepared by melt blending method.The flame retardancy of flame retardant PC was studied by limiting oxygen index meter and vertical combustion meter.The results showed that octaphenyl silsesquioxane had good flame retardancy.When the addition amount was 5%,the limiting oxygen index(LOI)was 33.6,and the UL-94 grade was V0.
