摘要
新升格应用型本科高校在升本后面对着新的机遇和挑战,学校因处于升格转型期、教育教学思想转变、地方投入及学校自身财力不足等因素,导致辅导员队伍建设存在结构不够合理、职业化和专业化水平提升不够、体制机制与创新有待完善等多方面影响。对学校辅导员队伍建设的当前现状进行调查并进行问题解析,强调优化辅导员队伍建设及辅导员队伍建设的必要性,提出应用型高校辅导员队伍建设的建议,为建设好新时代新升格应用型本科院校辅导员队伍提供参考。
Newly-built local application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities are facing new opportunities and challenges after upgrading to undergraduate level.Because the school is in the transition period of upgrading,the change of educational and teaching ideas,the lack of local investment and the school’s own financial resources and other factors,the construction of counselor team has many influences,such as unreasonable structure,low level of professionalism and specialization,and the system and mechanism to be improved.This paper investigates the current situation of the construction of ideological and political counselors,finds out the existing problems,analyzes the reasons and the necessity of optimizing the construction of counselors,and finally puts forward suggestions on the construction of counselors in application-oriented colleges and universities.It provides reference for the construction of counselors in newly-built local application-oriented colleges and universities in the new era.
