摘要
课程内在包含着知识教育和价值观教育的双重功能,二者相结合才能培养全面发展的人。课程思政打破学科边界,将思想政治教育之德育融入专业课程之智育,为新时代的价值观教育提供了新路径。在课程思政导向下,价值观育人积极回应社会发展对时代新人的现实诉求,将蕴含优秀文化和价值理念的价值话语体系融入专业知识话语体系,从育才、育志、育心、育德的多重目标维度实现受教育者“求知”与“立德”的协同进步。当前,课程思政建设中依然存在教育工作者的价值观育人意识与能力有待提升、学生对价值观教育的重要性认知不足、知识讲授与价值观引领未能充分结合、传统教学评价体系与价值观育人维度不匹配等问题。在实现路径上,应通过强化教师队伍、引导学生认知、优化教学方式、完善教学评价等策略,尽快破除价值观育人面临的现实问题,发挥其应有的育人功能,以专业育人和价值观育人的统一促进人的全面发展。
The curriculum contains the dual functions of knowledge education and values education,and only by combining the two can we cultivate well-rounded people.The integration of ideological and political education into academic disciplines breaks disciplinary boundaries,combines the moral education out of ideological and political education with the intellectual education out of specialized courses,and provides a new path for the values education in the new era.Under the guidance of the integration of ideological and political education into academic disciplines,values education actively responds to the practical demands of social development for people in the new era,integrates the value-oriented discourse system containing excellent culture and the concept of value into the professional knowledge-related discourse system,and helps learners make coordinated progress in their"pursuit of knowledge"and"development of morals"in multi-goal dimensions,such as the cultivation of talents,ambitions,psychological qualities,and morals.At present,there are still problems in the integration of ideological and political education into academic disciplines,such as education workers'lack of the awareness of and ability in values education,students insufficient cognition of the importance of values education,the insufficient combination of knowledge indoctrination and values guidance,and the mismatch between the traditional teaching evaluation system and values education.Therefore,we need to build a more powerful teaching force,direct students'cognition,optimize teaching methods,improve teaching evaluation,tackle practical problems facing values education to make it perform its due functions,and promote people's all-round development through the unity of specialized course-based education and values education.
