Evaluation and Improvement Countermeasures of High-quality Development Level of Manufacturing Industry in Hunan Province

摘要在分析湖南省制造业发展现状的基础上,选取规模效益、创新能力、智能制造、绿色发展和国际竞争力5个方面构建湖南省制造业高质量发展水平评价体系,结合熵值法进行综合评价。结果显示:2014—2020年,湖南省制造业总体上发展向好,其中规模效益发展水平呈现波浪式上升趋势,创新能力、智能制造及国际竞争力发展水平发展速度较快,绿色发展水平呈现“稳中有进”趋势。据此,建议未来进一步提升制造业规模效益和产业创新能力,发力智能制造,重视以绿色发展提高制造业发展效益和国际竞争力,全方位支撑湖南制造业高质量发展。 Based on the analysis of manufacturing industry the development situation in Hunan Province,the high-quality development level evaluation system of manufacturing industry in Hunan Province was selected from five aspects,including scale benefit,innovation ability,intelligent manufacturing,green development and international competitiveness,and comprehensive evaluation were carried out by combining.The results show that from 2014 to 2020,the manufacturing industry in Hunan Province developes well on the whole,among which the development level of scale efficiency show a wave upward trend,the development level of innovation ability,intelligent manufacturing and international competitiveness develope relatively fast,and the green development level show a trend of“steady progress”.Based on the conclusions,it is suggested to further improve the scale efficiency and industrial innovation capacity of manufacturing industry in the future,promote intelligent manufacturing,attach importance to improving the development efficiency and international competitiveness of manufacturing industry with green development,and support the high-quality development of Hunan manufacturing industry in an all-round way.
