基于abaqus碳纤维复合材料船用起重臂的设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对船用起重机特殊的工作场景,对比分析不同起重臂截面的优劣性,设计2种碳纤维复合材料起重臂。应用Abaqus有限元分析软件分别对T-300和T-700复合材料起重臂进行典型工况下的失效、挠度和起重臂截面的应力分析。仿真结果表明:T-300和T-700起重臂每一层的最大T-W系数都远小于1,各层都未发生失效,且T-700的安全性要更高;2种碳纤维起重臂相对于5 mm和8 mm壁厚HG785起重臂挠度提升分别在45%和10%以上,而T-700对于T-300起重臂在挠度上的提升只有5.1%;碳纤维起重臂相对于HG785起重臂截面应力更小,且过渡更为平缓。 According to the special working scene of a marine crane,this paper compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different hoist boom sections,and designs two kinds of carbon fiber composite booms.The analysis of failure,deflection and stress of the section of T-300 and T-700 composite booms under typical working conditions is carried out by using Abaqus finite element analysis software.The simulation results show that the maximum T-W coefficient of each layer of T-300 and T-700 booms is far less than 1,and no failure occurs in each layer,of which the safety of T-700 is higher.The two carbon fiber booms increase the deflection of the HG785 boom with wall thickness of 5 mm and 8 mm by more than 45%and 10%respectively,while the T-700 increases the deflection of the T-300 boom by only 5.1%.Compared with that of HG785,the section stress of a carbon fiber boom is less and smoother.
