摘要
台风是南海海洋油气生产平台所面临的重要自然风险源。在每年的5月至11月期间台风频繁发生,造成的破坏性极强。鉴于台风给海洋油气生产平台生产作业带来的风险挑战,文章结合该海洋油气生产平台自身特点,针对南海海域台风特征,进行台风风险识别分析,并提出风险预防和应对策略,对在海上进行油气生产作业的平台制定防台风应对策略具有很强的指导意义。
Typhoon is an important natural risk source faced by offshore oil and gas production platforms in the South China Sea.Typhoons occur frequently from May to November every year,causing great damage.In view of the risk challenges that typhoons bring to the production and operation of offshore oil and gas production platforms,this paper,based on the characteristics of the offshore oil and gas production platform itself and the characteristics of typhoons in the South China Sea,carries out typhoon risk identification and analysis,and puts forward risk prevention and response strategies,which has a strong guiding significance for the formulation of typhoon prevention and response strategies for offshore oil and gas production platforms.
