摘要
文中针对3例特高压换流变电站750 kV滤波器场断路器合闸电阻预投入异常问题,采用PSCAD建立对应滤波器场小组仿真模型,分析合闸电阻阻值变化下对应涌流特征,与现场预投入波形比对,确定波形异常为合闸电阻预投入过程阻值变化导致。结合断路器合闸电阻内部结构,构建合闸电阻对应分布电容参数,分析在不均匀杂散电容作用下合闸电阻片与绝缘穿杆之间电压分布特征,明确了在间隙距离较小时合闸电阻片与绝缘穿杆发生放电,与异常解体情况一致。利用Comsol建立合闸电阻多物理场仿真模型,在实际合闸电阻端电压激励下,电场仿真分析合闸电阻片与绝缘穿杆之间电势差与PSCAD仿真结果一致,进一步确定合闸电阻预投入异常原因,提出合闸电阻改进工艺,并通过对应绝缘试验及机械试验检验,验证了分析的准确性及改型后结构的成效。
In view of abnormal pre-insertion of the closing resistor for 3 cases of 750 kV AC filter breakers of UHV converter station,the corresponding filter field set simulation model is set up by using PSCAD,the corresponding inrush current characteristics under the variation of the closing resistor is analyzed,and by comparing with the field pre-insertion waveform,it is defined that the abnormal waveform is due to resistance variation during the pre-insertion of closing resistor.Combined with the internal structure of the closing resistor of the circuit breaker,the corresponding distributed capacitance parameters of the closing resistor are constructed.Considering the action of uneven stray capacitance,the voltage distribution characteristics between the closing resistor and the insulating rod are analyzed,and it is confirmed that,in case of small gap distance,the closing resistor disc and insulation rod have discharge,which is consistent with the abnormal disassembly situation.The Comsol is used to set up the multi physical field simulation model of the closing resistor.Under the excitation of the terminal voltage of actual closing resistor,the potential difference between the closing resistor and insulation rod,which is analyzed by electric field simulation,and is identical to the PSCAD simulation result.The cause of abnormal pre-insertion of the closing resistor is defined further.The improvement process of the closing resistor is proposed,and the analyzed accuracy and result of the modified structure are verified and analyzed through corresponding insulation test and mechanical test inspection.
