摘要
目的观察复方首乌酊联合308 nm准分子光治疗白癜风的临床疗效和安全性。方法将60例白癜风患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组患者接受308 nm准分子光治疗,每周2次;试验组患者在给予308 nm准分子激光治疗同时,皮损处外涂复方首乌酊溶液,每天2次。连续治疗12周。比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后皮损色素积分和不良反应发生率。结果试验组治疗总有效率(63.33%)高于对照组(33.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者的皮损色素积分均较治疗前明显升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者均未发生严重不良反应,且2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方首乌酊联合308 nm准分子光治疗白癜风患者的临床疗效较好,且不良反应较小。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Compound Shouwu tincture combined with 308 nm excimer light in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods Sixty patients with vitiligo were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 patients in each group.Both groups were given 308 nm excimer light therapy twice a week for 12 weeks.Additionally,the experimental group was treated with external application of compound Shouwu tincture twice a day for 12 weeks.Clinical efficacy,skin pigment score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group(63.33%)was higher than that in the control group(33.33%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the pigment score increased in both groups,and that in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were observed in both groups,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound Shouwu tincture combined with 308 nm excimer light is effective for vitiligo with less adverse reactions.
