摘要
高校的基础化学实验室主要从事基础教学工作,安全危险因素多。实验室的管理水平是实验室安全的重要保障。针对目前高校基础实验室安全管理方面存在的危险源,结合星级实验室评选对基础实验室安全建设的促进意义,在实验室科学化、规范化管理,实验室文化建设,实验室特色,激励机制等方面进行分析,并通过一些具体管理实例,为从事实验室管理的人员提供一些经验和借鉴。
The basic chemistry laboratory of a university is mainly engaged in basic teaching work,there are many safety risk factors.Laboratory management level is an important guarantee of laboratory safety.On basis of laboratory safety management in colleges and universities of hazards,combined with star laboratory selection for the promotion of basic construction of laboratory safety,scientific,standardized management in the laboratory,laboratory culture construction,laboratory features,incentive mechanism,and so on,were analyzed,and through some concrete management instance,some experiences and references were provided for the personnel engaged in laboratory management.
