摘要
从高校图书馆资源视角出发,以“211工程”高校及省部共建高等学校为研究对象,采用广义最小二乘法考察高校技术转移、高校图书馆资源在区域创新能力提升过程中的影响机制。研究发现,高校政府科技投入正向影响区域创新能力;高校技术转移在政府科技投入与区域创新能力间承接中介作用;高校图书馆人力资源和文献资源在高校政府科技投入与高校技术转移间起到正向调节作用。
From the perspective of university library resources,this paper takes the"211 Project"and provincial and ministerial joint construction colleges and universities as the research objects,and uses the FGLS method to investigate the impact mechanism of university technology transfer and university library resources on the promotion of regional innovation capabilities.The study found that government investment in university science and technology positively affects regional innovation capabilities;university technology transfer plays an intermediary role between government investment in science and technology and regional innovation capabilities;the human resources and literature resources of university libraries play a positive role in regulating the relationship between university government investment in science and technology and university technology transfer.
