摘要
实践基地是培养专业学位硕士的重要场所,实践基地建设是培育满足市场需求的高层次技术人才的基础工程。目前我国的校企联合实践基地存在的主要问题是缺乏长效的实践教学基地建设合作机制、双导师制有待改进、缺乏有效的教学管理模式,因此探索出能发挥预期作用并能保证制度长期正常运行的长效机制至关重要。“产—科—教三位一体”模式是将产业需求、科研课题、研究生教育三位一体有机融合,优化实践基地建设,为长效机制的探索提供思路。
Practice base is an important place to train professional degree and master's degree,and the construction of practice base is the basic project of cultivating high-level technical talents to meet the market demand.At present,the main problems existing in China's school-enterprise joint practice base are the lack of long-term practical teaching base construction cooperation mechanism,the double tutorial system to be improved,and the lack of effective teaching management mode.Therefore,it is crucial to explore the long-term mechanism that can play the expected effect and ensure the long-term normal operation of the system.The"trinity of industry-science-education"mode organically integrates the trinity of industrial demand,scientific research topics and graduate education,optimizes the construction of practice base,and provides ideas for the exploration of long-term mechanism.
