城乡一体化背景下农村学校发展的现实困境与破解路径--基于A县三所农村学校的比较分析 被引量:2

The Realistic Difficulties and Countermeasures of Rural Schools in the Context of Urban-Rural Integration:A Comparative Analysis of Three Rural Schools

摘要 在同一县域内分别选取了“在土”“在乡”“离土又离乡”的三所农村学校进行比较分析,发现三所农村学校在地理布局、师资构成、经费结构以及社会支持等方面存在较为显著的差异性表征。从“离土又离乡”学校到“在土”学校的发展表征分别为:师资水平呈现减弱趋势;经费支持呈现递减趋势;办学理念从目标具体化、前瞻性转向模糊化;留守儿童问题逐级趋于严重;家校合作力度趋于减弱。透过这些表征研究进一步揭示了农村学校面临的现实困境:一是师资之困:优秀师资回流与结构性师资缺编;二是经费之困:县级统筹难度大;三是教学之困:校内外因素叠加引发的教学质量薄弱。最终建议从政策调控、乡村教育特色培育以及社会消解三个维度破解农村学校发展中的困境。 Three schools from the same county(including an in-the-village school,an in-the-town one and an emigrant one)are selected in the research.The research result shows that there are significant differences in geographical allocation,teaching staff structure,funding structure and social support.The trend from the emigrant school to the in-the-village school is featured by increasingly weakening teaching staff and financial support,the change of education concept from being specific and future-oriented to unclear and vague,the worsening problem of stay-at-home children,the weakening cooperation between school and family.The study further uncovered the realistic difficulties of the rural schools including the lack of excellent teachers and structural insufficiency of teaching staff,the less proportion of funding in the budget of the county,the problems of weak teaching qualities led by complex factors.At the end suggestions are put forward from three dimensions of policy adjustment,cultivation of rural education characteristics and social dissolution.
