大跨度悬挑梁支撑体系施工监测与模拟分析 被引量:2

摘要 大跨度支撑体系在施工过程中有着周期长、施工工序多、施工技术性强等特点,因此在施工过程中极易出现支撑体系倒塌事件。为确保施工过程的安全可靠,以嘉兴市华之毅时尚美术中心项目为例,探讨了支撑体系中各构件在混凝土浇筑阶段、张拉预应力阶段以及整个拆模阶段的应力分布。运用动态化实时监测与有限元数值仿真相结合的方法,对大跨度预应力结构支撑体系施工过程的受力特点与变形进行研究,通过监测数据同数值分析结果的对比分析,得到监测值与模拟值误差不超过10%的结论。在验证监测方案制定合理性和模型建立可靠性的同时,也确保了各个阶段施工的安全可靠,避免支撑体系在施工过程中发生倒塌,从而为类似工程提供技术参考。 The long-span support system has the characteristics of long period,many construction procedures and strong construction technology in the construction process,therefore,the collapse of support system is very easy to occur in the construction process.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the construction process,taking Jiaxing Huazhiyi Fashion Art Center project as an example,the stress distribution of each component in the support system in the concrete pouring stage,tensioning and prestress stage and the whole formwork removal stage are discussed.Using the method of combining dynamic real-time monitoring and finite element numerical simulation,the stress characteristics and deformation of long-span prestressed structural support system during construction are studied.Through the comparative analysis of numerical analysis results and monitoring data,it is concluded that the error between monitoring value and simulation value is no more than 10%.While verifying the rationality of monitoring scheme formulation and the reliability of model establishment,it also ensures the safety and reliability of construction in each stage.Thus,the collapse of the support system is avoided during construction,so as to provide technical reference for similar projects.
