摘要
基于全龄养老社区特点,在有关研究基础上,构建并绘制了全龄养老社区需求意愿影响因素的模型,以沈阳市中老年人为样本进行问卷调查。对调查问卷数据运用结构方程模型,通过SPSS、AMOS软件对数据进行处理,得到影响全龄养老社区需求意愿的主要影响因素,进而对今后全龄养老社区的开发及经营提出了建议。
Based on the characteristics of all-aged communities,and on the basis of research on all-aged communities,this paper constructs and draws a model of factors affecting the willingness of elderly housing in all-aged communities.The data collected from the questionnaire are processed through SPSS and AMOS software,so as to obtain the main influencing factors that affect the willingness to demand elderly housing in all-aged communities,and then put forward suggestions for the development and operation of all-aged communities in the future.
