我国科技创新与绿色发展耦合协调的时空演化分析 被引量:3

Analysis on the Spatial-Temporal Evolution of Coupling Coordination between Scientific and Technological Innovation and Green Development in China

摘要 科技创新与绿色发展互动协调是实现经济高质量发展的重要途径。基于2010-2020年我国30个省级行政单元的面板数据,采用熵值法、耦合协调度模型、空间马尔科夫链法及障碍度模型测算了科技创新指数、绿色发展指数以及两者耦合协调度,并进一步研究了耦合协调度的时空演化特征及空间关联性,最后分析了影响协调度的障碍因子。结果表明,2010-2020年,科技创新指数和绿色发展指数均呈逐年增长趋势,但总体水平不高,两者耦合度和协调度总体均有所上升,增长趋势基本同步,且协调度数值低于耦合度数值;我国大部分地区耦合协调关系不断改善,省域间协调性呈现空间集聚状态,表现出“东部>中部>西部”的空间分异特征;协调度一般在相邻等级间转移,且向上转移的概率大于向下转移的概率,协调度越高的省份对邻近省份的促进作用越强,整体上转移类型较为稳定;科技创新投入和产出、人均GDP、城镇居民人均可支配收入等是影响科技创新与绿色发展耦合协调的主要障碍因子。 The coordination and interaction between technological innovation and green development is an important way to achieve high-quality economic development.Based on the panel data of 30 provincial administrative units in China from 2010 to 2020,entropy method,coupling coordination degree model,spatial Markov chain method and obstacle degree model are used to measure the scientific and technological innovation index,green development index and their coupling coordination degree.Besides,the characteristic of spatial-temporal evolution in coupling coordination and their spatial correlation are further studied.Finally,the obstacle factors affecting the degree of coordination are analyzed.The results show as follows:From 2010 to 2020,both the technological innovation index and the green development index increase year by year,but the overall level is not high.The coupling degree and coordination degree of the two indexes increase,and the growth trend is basically synchronous,but the coordination degree value is lower than the coupling degree value.The coupling coordination relationship is improved in most regions of China,and the coordination among provinces shows spatial agglomeration,showing the spatial differentiation characteristic of“the east>the middle>the west”.The degree of coordination generally transfers between neighboring grades,and the probability of upward transfer is greater than that of downward transfer.Provinces with higher coordination have stronger promotion effect on neighboring provinces and the overall type of transfer is relatively stable.The input and output of technological innovation,per capita GDP and per capita disposable income of urban residents are the main obstacle factors affecting the coupling coordination between technological innovation and green development.
