摘要推动实体经济高质量发展是加快构建“双循环”新发展格局的重要内容,也是全面建成社会主义现代化强国的首要任务。实体经济形成质效提升、合理增长的高质量发展路径,成为奠定中国式现代化发展基础、掌握经济高质量发展主动权、赢得国际竞争发展话语权、构筑高质量供给关系体系的迫切需要。但当前我国实体经济发展存在“大而不强、全而不精”,绿色低碳发展缓慢,区域、行业要素分配不均衡等一系列现实问题。为深层次塑建中国式现代化实体经济高质量发展优势,应围绕以共同富裕为目标、以内外循环为核心、以绿色发展为主线、以科技创新为动力的基本方略,完善实体经济高质量发展顶层设计,优化实体经济高质量发展营商环境,延展实体经济高质量发展开放空间,创新实体经济高质量发展业态模式。 Promoting high-quality development of the entity economy is an important part of accelerating the construction of a new development pattern of “double circulation”, and is also the primary task of building a socialist modern power in an all-round way. The formation of a high-quality development path featuring improved quality efficiency and reasonable growth of the entity economy has become an urgent need to lay the foundation for Chinese-style modernization, seize the initiative of high-quality economic development, win the right to speak in international competition and build a high-quality supply relationship system. However, there are a series of practical problems in the current development of China’s entity economy, such as “large but not strong, complete but not refined”, slow development of green and low-carbon, and unbalanced distribution of regional and industrial factors. In order to build the high-quality development advantages of the entity economy with Chinese modernization, we should focus on the basic strategy of taking common prosperity as the goal, internal and external circulation as the core, green development as the main line, and scientific and technological innovation as the driving force, improve the top-level design of high-quality development of the entity economy, optimize the business environment for high-quality development of the entity economy, expand the open space for high-quality development of the entity economy, and innovate the high-quality development business model of the entity economy.
