摘要
航空安全员执勤中处置各类机上案事件不是单独行动,而是与机组成员之间的协同配合。培养航空安全员的战术意识,合理运用技战术,才能提高处置效能。本文分析了航空安全员执勤技战术体系的要素及现阶段执勤技战术训练存在的不足,从航空安全员的客舱执勤实际出发,以常规执勤程序实践阶段的主要内容、具体任务和注意事项为重点,提出了优化和提升的策略,旨在提高航空安全员的执勤技战术素养和综合能力。
Air security officers are not acting alone but cooperating with the crew members in handling various in-flight incidents during duty time.Only by cultivating the tactical awareness of air security officers and using techniques and tactics rationally can the handling efficiency be improved.This paper analyzes the elements of the technical and tactical system of air security officers and the shortcomings of the technical and tactical training during duty time at this stage.Starting from the actual situation of air security officers in the cabin during duty time,focusing on the main contents,specific tasks and precautions in the practice stage of the routine duty procedure,this paper puts forward optimization and promotion strategies,aiming to improve the technical and tactical literacy and comprehensive ability of air security officers during duty time.
