摘要
目的了解巴中市农村老年人群口腔卫生习惯及就医行为,为当地的口腔预防服务提供指导资料,为卫生部门进行口腔医疗卫生资源分配提供依据。方法参照世界卫生组织《口腔调查方法》和全国口腔流行病学调查方法制作调查问卷,采用SPSS 26.0软件进行统计分析。结果巴中市农村老年居民50.2%每天刷牙2次或2次以上,13.5%采用正确的刷牙方法,60.0%使用含氟牙膏,59.7%有饭后漱口习惯,10.2%牙刷使用时间不超过3个月,15.1%每次刷牙时间大于或等于3min。人均有口腔疾病,就医率为37.3%,14.3%选择市(县)级综合医院,48.9%选择乡镇医院口腔科或乡镇口腔诊所,36.7%选择游医;未就诊居民中35.1%家庭经济困难,29.5%对口腔健康认知错误,29.1%认为交通不便利,自认没有时间和无人陪同的居民分别占3.3%和3.1%。结论巴中市农村老年人群口腔卫生习惯较差,就医率低,需加强卫生教育,改善卫生资源分配。
Objective Attaining the information of oral hygiene habits and treatment conditions in Bazhong rural elderly population, to provide guidance materials for oral preventive services.Methods We designed questionnaire according to the WHO Oral Health Basic Methods and the fourth country oral health epidemiology question plan, then analyzed date by SPSS statistical software. Results The rate of rural elderly residents who brushed teeth twice or more every day was 50.2%.The rate of using the correct brushing method was 13.5%.60.0% of the residents used toothpaste containing fluoride.59.7% of the residents had the habit of rinsing after meals.10.2% of residents used their toothbrush for less than 3 months.15.1% of residents brush their teeth for three minutes or more each time.Everyone had oral diseases, and the rate of medical treatment was 37.3%.14.3% of residents choose city/county general hospitals, 48.9% choose township hospitals or township dental clinics, and 36.7% choose traveling doctors.Among the residents who did not seek medical treatment, 35.1% had family financial difficulties, 29.5% had misunderstandings about oral health, 29.1% believed that the transportation was inconvenient, and 3.3% and 3.1% of the residents said they had no time and were not accompanied.Conclusion The rural elderly population in Bazhong City has poor oral hygiene habits and low medical treatment rate.It is necessary to strengthen health education and improve the allocation of health resources.
