摘要
绿色技能是实现制药工业可持续发展的关键技能,是新时代绿色技能人才必备的专业技能。对高职院校制药专业绿色技能培养现状进行了分析,指出可从编制绿色人才培养方案、增设绿色教学内容、推行绿色技能实践、强化校企协同开发、培育绿色师资队伍五个方面推动制药专业绿色技能人才培养。
Green skills are the key skills to realize the sustainable development of pharmaceutical industry and the necessary professional skills for green skilled talents in the new era.This paper analyzes the current situation of green skill training of pharmaceutical specialty in higher vocational colleges,and points out that the cultivation of green skill talents of pharmaceutical specialty can be promoted from five aspects:compiling green talent training plan,adding green teaching content,carrying out green skill practice,strengthening the collaborative development between schools and enterprises,and cultivating green teachers.
