摘要
煤矸石作为我国排量最大的工业废渣之一,在一定条件下,煤矸石部分或全部转化成自燃煤矸石,将自燃煤矸石作为混凝土的集料既可解决实际工程问题,又可阻止天然砂石过度开采造成的环境污染问题,满足绿色可持续发展的战略要求。综述了自燃煤矸石集料混凝土的研究进展,分析了自燃煤矸石取代率、附加水用量、预湿时间、矿物掺合料等因素对混凝土力学性能的影响,进而成功实施自燃煤矸石资源化的目标。
The coal gangue is one of the largest industrial waste in China.It is partially or completely converted into spontaneous combustion coal gangue under certain conditions.Using spontaneous combustion coal gangue as aggregate of concrete can not only solve actual engineering problems,but also prevent environmental pollution caused by over-exploitation of natural sand,thus meeting the strategic requirements of green and sustainable development.The research progress on properties of spontaneous combustion coal gangue aggregate concrete is reviewed,and analyzes the influence of the replacement ratios,additional water,prewetted time,mineral admixtures and other factors of spontaneous combustion gangue aggregate on the mechanical properties of concrete,and then successfully implement the goal of resource utilization of spontaneous combustion gangue.
