摘要
经过近两年的专项治理,我国平台经济已进入常态化监管阶段,将继续成为我国经济发展的重要引擎。我国经济行稳致远,离不开平台经济的有力支撑,平台企业大显身手正当时。当前,我国消费互联网平台趋于饱和,产业互联网平台发展潜力正逐步释放,为经济发展带来了新的动能;平台经济新业态层出不穷,新兴数字就业岗位不断被创造出来,吸纳了更多的劳动者就业;平台企业参与国际竞争的作用日益凸显,实体中小企业可以“借船出海”,通过跨境平台推动“中国制造”走向全球,平台企业还可以直接“走出去”将中国成功模式引入海外市场,带动国内产业向外延伸,提高全球化发展水平,增强国际竞争力。未来,对平台企业要坚持支持发展与监管常态化并重,持续发力,充分发挥平台企业在引领发展、创造就业和国际竞争中的积极作用。
After nearly two years of special governance, the platform economy has entered the stage of normal supervision, will continue to become an important engine of China’s economic development.China’s economy cannot go far without the strong support of the platform economy, which is at the right time to show its strength. At present, consumer internet platforms are becoming saturated, while the development potential of industrial internet platforms is gradually being released, bringing new growth poles to China’s economic development. New business formats of platform economy emerge endlessly, and new digital jobs are constantly created. The role of the platform in international competition is increasingly prominent. SMEs can promote the globalization of Chinese manufacturing through cross-border platforms.Platform enterprises can also directly introduce China’s successful model into overseas markets, drive domestic industries to expand outward, improve the level of globalization and enhance international competitiveness. In the future, we should place equal emphasis on supporting the development of platform enterprises and regularizing their supervision. We should make continuous efforts to support platform companies, so they could bolster economic growth, create more jobs and better compete on the global stage.
