摘要
花生是一种重要的美洲作物。关于其何时何地传入中国,历来众说纷纭。通过分析明清时期与花生相关的文献记载,可知中国并无原产花生;明代浙直地区的“落花生”是一种天南星科植物,并非花生;花生约在崇祯年间传入漳州,又在康熙初年传入福州。
There are different opinions about when peanuts from America were introduced into China.Based on historical records about peanuts in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,this article draws the following conclusions.First,Peanuts were not native to China.Second,the“luohuasheng”in Southern Zhezhi area in the Ming Dynasty is an Araceae plant,not peanuts.Third,peanuts were first introduced into Zhangzhou in Fujian in the Chongzhen period and later into Fuzhou in the early Kangxi period.
